Nailed it. J.R. Ward nailed it. I was so weary after Payne/Mannie book. I thought "Oh God please don't let this be the decline of BDB!?". There were suppose to be novellas released before Lover Reborn, I was angry at that and thought that feeling would cloud this book. As the story began I felt the anger slide away into pure pleasure to be with the brothers again. Do you remember the scene in Lover Unleashed where V finally makes love to Jane? This book reminds me of that scene, finally the heart of the matter is in plain view and its just beautiful. I will be reading this book again.

For the Quay fans, no spoilers here, however I will say they is precious little of our boys in this book. Please note the word 'precious'. What there is of them is steeped in meaning and it wasn't wasted. I cannot wait for their story.
