I liked the story. My problems were at the end.
I do not get the feeling that Rafe would have come out to his parents at any point in the future. That being said I kind of felt cheated when he and Aaron were caught in flagrante delicto. It was a push however I was willing to work with it because I liked both characters. Problem was there wasn't much to work with after the incident. It was rushed and the breakfast with Aarons brother and nephew was odd. Not that anything bad happens but that it didn't feel like it fit with the story or the characters.
I will read more Evan Gilbert no doubt.
