Not a bad story, I liked it. I only have three issues.
The parents capitulation was unbelievable. It didn't match their words and actions from the start of the story.
My other issue is a personal pet peeve. I personally believe every year makes changes to who a person is and who they become. Being apart from someone for a year or more and then suddenly back together is not impossible just improbable. 5 years apart has to change a person. Not to say two people who were once together cant get back together again, they can, just not within half a chapter.
The writer kind of went overboard with 'Always have, always will".
Otherwise, I liked the writing. And I will look out for more from Teegan Loy.
